Sopranos Alexandra Wald and Deirdr\u00e8 Blignaut-Rautenbach; mezzo soprano Aukse Trinkunas; tenors Johan Coertzen and Coert Grobbelaar; baritone Danie Verster and bass-baritone Thabang Senekal will be weaving the magic.<\/p>\n<p>From Pucinni\u2019s <em>La Boheme, <\/em>concert goers can look forward to Musetta\u2019s highly popular aria \u201cQuando me vo\u201d; Coline\u2019s coat-aria \u201cVecchia zimara senti\u201d; and the duet between Marcello and Rudolfo, \u201cO Mimi, tu pio non torni\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>Two <em>bel canto <\/em>arias and a duet from Donizetti\u2019s <em>La Favorita<\/em> (\u201cQuando le soglie patterne\u201d) and <em>Don Pasquale<\/em> (\u201cBella si comme un angelo\u201d), as well as several popular and lesser known segments from Verdi\u2019s <em>Ernani, Rigoletto, Aida, La forza del destino <\/em>and <em>La Traviata<\/em> offer enough variety to please even the most discerning connoisseur.<\/p>\n<p>The singers will be accompanied by the Sempre Opera Intrumentale Ensemble and pianists Salom\u00e8 Coertzen en Rudolf Geldenhuis.
